The Design Hotline is conducted virtually over Google Meet video calls. Prior to the scheduled consultation, you will receive an email with a Google Meet link to join the video call. During the consultation, you'll have the opportunity to share your space, ask questions and receive advice. The structure of the consultation is very flexible and collaborative to address your specific needs and preferences.

For an initial onboarding call lasting one hour, the introductory rate is $300. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll provide you with a secure payment link. To secure your slot, payment is required upfront. We accept payments via standard credit card. 

If you require ongoing support, we offer custom-tailored monthly subscriptions for the duration of your project. We are happy to chat more about this during our onboarding call. 

Once you select your preferred date and time via our booking page, you will receive an email with a payment link to secure your consultation. Your appointment will be held for 24 hours upon scheduling. However, if payment is not submitted within that 24 hours, your spot will be released.  

Your specific preparation process will be unique to your goals. Regardless, the more prepared you are, the more equipped we can be to help, and the more successful our call will be! At your initial booking, we ask about what you want to be discussed during the onboarding call. This allows us to understand your expectations and goals for the consultation. The more info, the better!

Separately, we strongly encourage you to prepare for the consultation based on the level of detail you wish to go into. To make the most of the session, we recommend creating a simple document or shareable folder that includes photographs of the space(s) you need assistance with and any specific questions you'd like to address (note: try to incorporate natural lighting when/if photographing your space!). You may also choose to include inspiration images, such as furniture and decor considerations, or floor plans/drawings, if applicable. Google Meet’s screen-sharing feature allows you to share and review additional imagery and visuals with us during the consultation. If you’ve never used Google Meet before, please review the following information and provided links to ensure you have a compatible setup. If necessary, alternative arrangements may be made for another platform with enough prior notice.

For Meet meetings, you’ll need:

• The Meet mobile app or the Gmail mobile app or a supported web browser.

• A compatible device with minimum system requirements.

• A supported operating system.

• A broadband connection to the internet. Learn how to prepare your network.

• A built-in web camera or external USB camera.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please inform us no less than 24 hours in advance, and we'll gladly help you find an alternative date. Due to limited time slots, we cannot refund your appointment.
