Holiday Order Cut-Off

The cutoff to receive orders by or before Christmas Eve this year is December 14, 2022. If you are interested in expedited shipping options, please reach out to haus@studioplow.com. We will try our best to accommodate. Please keep in mind our studio’s holiday closure as listed below before reaching out about expediting your shipment.  


Holiday Closure

We are a small team and take time off for the holidays. Any order placed after December 14th, 2022 will still be processed as normal but delayed in dispatch. Order shipments will resume on January 4th, 2023. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is on its way out the door with all tracking information. 


Courier Responsibility vs. Plow Responsibility

We are only responsible for the item while it is in our possession. Once you’ve received the email that your item has shipped, the responsibility is likely in the hands of the courier. A few unique examples are listed below. We will do anything to help, but we can’t be held responsible for anything after the item has left our warehouse. If you receive your item damaged or flawed, please contact us immediately so that we can determine if the damage is the responsibility of the courier or our studio. Check out our disclaimer on our ‘One of a Kind’ collection for more specifics on item flaws. You can email us at haus@studioplow.com with questions or start a claim on a damaged item. 

 

Courier Responsibility:

Tracking is delayed

Your order was delivered to the wrong address

Tracking says the order was delivered, but you haven’t received it yet

I want to waive the signature required on my order with an item over $250.

Plow Responsibility:

You realize you’ve input your address incorrectly and your order hasn’t shipped out yet (we can likely fix this! Just reach out immediately at haus@studioplow.com).

It’s been more than 5 business days, and you still haven’t received an email notification that your order has shipped.


When Can I Expect My Order?

We are a small studio and dedicate one day a week to shipping out orders. Depending on when your order was placed, you can expect it to ship within 1-5 business days. All inventory is in stock and with us and will ship directly from Santa Rosa, CA. As soon as it’s on its way out the door, you’ll receive a courtesy email letting you know your order has shipped which will include tracking information. If you need something quicker, just let us know before ordering!


I selected ‘Local Pickup’, now what?

We love our locals and can’t wait to meet you! Once you’ve placed your order, a team member will be in touch to coordinate a time slot & all other details (such as address) for you to swing by our warehouse and pick up your order. You can expect that email within 2 business days. Pickup will be at our warehouse in Santa Rosa, CA. If you decide you want to switch to shipping, no problem, just shoot us an email at haus@studioplow.com, and we’ll help you make the switch. We do request that all items are picked up from our warehouse within 10 business days of placing your order. Feel free to reach out if you have a special case. 


Return Policy / How to Make a Return

All items from our ‘One of a Kind’ collection are final sale unless they arrive flawed or damaged. Keep in mind some items from this collection are vintage or have been pre-loved. We will always specify if something is vintage in the description and do our best to disclaim any original quirks. If you receive an item that is flawed or damaged, please reach out to us at haus@studioplow.com within 14 days of receiving your order, it’s always helpful to include any images in the initial email so that we can quickly process the return.  

All items from our ‘Essentials’ collection are 100% refundable. You have 14 days from the date the order was placed to issue a return on your order, just reach out to us at haus@studioplow.com. If it has been more than 14 days since the date the order was placed, we cannot accept returns or offer any exchanges. 


Handmade Items Disclaimer

Please keep in mind some items from our ‘One of a Kind’ collection are vintage or handmade by some of our favorite artisans. While we uphold a high expectation of quality, we hope our customers will understand that these items will have a handmade spirit. We will always specify if something is vintage in the description and do our best to disclaim any original quirks. Please read through our return policy to ensure you are comfortable making these purchases. 


What Shipping Service Do You Use?

Our items will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on several factors. Once your order is en route we will send a courtesy email letting you know your courier and all tracking information. If you have a specific shipping service you’d like us to use, please let us know before ordering. You can shoot an email to haus@studioplow.com.


General Shipping Policy

We provide a flat rate shipping fee of $25.

All shipments are insured. 

We currently only ship domestically and cannot offer international shipping.

For all freight purchases (furniture items), please reach out for a shipping quote. 

Signatures are only required for items over $250. If you would like to request a signature, please let us know before ordering. If you want to waive the signature, you can do so with the shipping service once you’ve received your tracking information. You can always holler if you have any questions or special requests and we’ll do our best to accommodate haus@studioplow.com


Order Cancellation

If you change your mind about your order, email us as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate. Once you’ve received the email that your order has shipped, we, unfortunately, cannot cancel it and you will have to issue a return after receiving it. Check out our ‘How to make a return’ FAQ above. 


Can I Modify or Add to My Order if it Hasn’t Shipped Yet?

Maybe! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach us at haus@studioplow.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
